The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC's EEO Rules. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations:

As indicated below, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. has developed a list of recruitment sources available for use upon the opening of a job position at the station in order to widely disseminate information regarding job openings to the community. In addition, during of the Applicable Period, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. has engaged in the following non-vacancy specific activities:

1 . Participation in Events Sponsored by Educational Institutions Relating to Careers in Broadcasting:

On Tuesday, September 19th, 2023, Double Z Broadcasting, Inc. Hosted 19 students from the Sweetwater Elementary School in Devils Lake, for tours of the studios and demonstrations of the different careers in broadcasting.

2 .Participation in Career Fairs Sponsored by Community Organizations or Educational Institutions:

On OctoberWednesday, October 18th, 2023, Sales Manager Roger Mertens and Announcer Stephanie Loe attended a career fair, hosted by Lake Region State College.
