Voters in Ramsey County are casting their ballot well in advance of the November election.  Ramsey County Auditor Kandy Christopherson says as of Tuesday morning the office has sent out 2255 mail ballots.  Christopherson says more than 31% of those ballots have all ready been filled out and returned to be counted.  Residents can hand deliver their ballot to the auditor's office on the first floor of the Ramsey County Courthouse weekdays between 8am and noon and 1 p.m. till 5 o'clock.  Residents mailing their ballot in via the post office are reminded that mail ballots must be postmarked no later than November 4th.  Mail ballots can not be mailed or dropped off on Election Day which is November 5th.  Residents who want to vote early, but not via mail, can stop in at the auditor's office during office hours weekdays and cast their ballot.  For those that don't vote early, the county will only have one in person polling location open on Election Day.   The Memorial Building is downtown Devils Lake will serve as the sole polling location in Ramsey County on November 5th.
